PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system for properly avoiding a risk, even when a communication path fails. SOLUTION: This control system with control units having hierarchical structure is provided with an emergency communication route for informing other control units of an emergency state, in addition to the hierarchical structure, and can thereby avoid properly the risk in the communication trouble of the hierarchical structure.
