PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle panel structure capable of improving ease of assembly work, and sufficiently ensuring rigidity and strength by expediting sufficient stress transmission between reinforcement members even when the reinforcement members are placed so as to cross with each other. SOLUTION: In this vehicle panel structure K, the first reinforcement member 21 and the second reinforcement member 22 are placed on an outer plate panel 20 so as to cross with each other. In this vehicle panel structure K, similar hollow sections S are sequentially formed by alternately jointing the first reinforcement members 21 with the outer plate panel 20, which facilitates assembly work. Besides, the first reinforcement member and the second reinforcement member 22 are jointed with an overhang piece 30 brought into tight contact with a top section 22a, an overhang piece 31 brought into tight contact with a web section 22d, and a flange section 21b brought into tight contact with a flange section 22b.
