PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mounting structure of an air conditioner unit and an air conditioning duct capable of preventing the occurrence of air leakage. SOLUTION: In this mounting structure of the air conditioner unit 1 provided with a first air blow-out port 11 and a second air blow-out port 12 being adjacent to each other and the air conditioning duct provided with a first draft passage and a second draft passage being adjacent to each other, the first air blow-out port 11 and the second air blow-out port 12 comprise a U-shaped auxiliary wall 2 having a cut-out section K on one side of its outer periphery and a blow-out port boundary wall 130 for partitioning the first air blow-out port 11 and the second air blow-out port 12 from each other, respectively. A duct side step part Z is formed between an opening part end of a first duct 31 and an opening part end of a second duct 32 and is made to abut on the blow-out port boundary wall 130 to mount the air conditioning duct 2 in the air conditioner unit 1.
