PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly air-permeable composite sheet for forming a skin-abutting face of a disposable wearing article. SOLUTION: The composite sheet 1 forming the skin-abutting face of the wearing article is formed of a first liquid-permeable sheet 2 and a second liquid-permeable sheet 3 overlapping each other. The second sheet 3 is an assembly of thermoplastic synthetic fibers, has a plurality of bulged parts 21 having the height direction from a lower face 7 of the first sheet 2 toward an upper face 6, and has joint parts 13 with the first sheet 2 between adjacent bulged parts 21.
