ACCESSORY PARTS FOR USE WITH AN ELECTRICAL WALL SOCKET ASSEMBLY

The invention relates to accessory parts for use with an electrical wall socket assembly (34). The parts include a mounting part (10), defining a mounting formation (15) providing for mounting the part (10) on an electrical wall socket assembly (34 ), and a cover part (20). The cover part (20) and the mounting part (10) define complementary engagement formations (30) for engaging the cover part (20) with the mounting part (10) in an operative position. In this position and with the mounting part (10) mounted on a compatible electrical wall socket assembly (34), a space is defined between the cover part (20) and the socket assembly (34) to accommodate a body of an electrical plug (46.1, 46.2) plugged into the wall socket assembly and the cover part covers said space such as to hide from view the wall socket assembly and the plug. The accessory parts aim to improve aesthetics by hiding the electrical wall socket assembly and an electrical plug or electrical plugs plugged into it.
