#CMT# #/CMT# The brick has thermocouples (3-5) connected in a row, which utilizes Seebeck effect, where the brick is made of a refractory mortar, fire clay, ceramic or other refractory materials. Each thermocouple has two metallic wire elements (1, 2) with different Seebeck coefficients. A junction (6) of the elements faces a flat side, and another junction (7) of the elements faces another flat side opposite to the former flat side. Initial and final thermocouples are connected to a temperature continuous, oxidation resistant electric conductor that forms electrical connections. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a refractory brick for lining a combustion chamber of a wooden boiler. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Molded refractory brick for lining a combustion chamber of a liquid-cooled fireplace e.g. wooden boiler (claimed), such as split log boiler and wood pellet boiler. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The junction of the elements faces the flat side, and another junction of the elements faces another flat side opposite to the former flat side, thus allowing production of electrical energy at a liquid-cooled fireplace, using Seebeck effect. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The drawing shows a sectional view of a sequence of multiple thermocouples using Z-shaped bent metal wires.
