发明名称 Electronically commutated motor for driving pump stage of fuel pump of motor vehicle, has cage with short-circuit rings connecting axial ends of short-circuit rods, where rods are extended by magnetic material of permanent magnets
摘要 #CMT# #/CMT# The motor has a rotor arranged on a pivotably supported shaft, where the rotor includes permanent magnets uniformly distributed over a circumference. The rotor is enclosed by a stator with solenoid coils distributed at an extent. The rotor has a metallic short-circuit cage (1) arranged concentric to a rotational axis of a shaft (4). The cage has a set of short-circuit rings (3) connecting axial ends of a set of short-circuit rods (2), where the rods are extended by magnetic material of a set of permanent magnets. The magnets form a magnet ring made of plastic-bonded magnet material. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Electronically commutated motor for driving a pump stage of a fuel pump of a motor vehicle (claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The short-circuit rods are extended through the magnetic material of the permanent magnets, thus enabling the motor to have a simple structure, providing appropriate torque over a far speed range and avoiding oscillation of the rotor. The short-circuit cage facilitates adjustment of rotational speed and pressures and achieves damping against pendulum oscillations, thus reducing unwanted high frequency moment fluctuations and reducing noise reduction of the motor. The machine is more durable against unexpected operating conditions and requires simplified control electronics, thus enabling the motor to be produced in a cost-effective manner. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The drawing shows a perspective view of a short-circuit cage of a rotor of an electronically commutated motor. 1 : Metallic short-circuit cage 2 : Short-circuit rods 3 : Short-circuit rings 4 : Shaft 5 : Axial bore.
