A hot/cold reservoir integrated into a refrigerator of a vehicle is provided to supply hot water at a minimum cost and hot water for a predetermined time even after engine stop. A control panel(74) controls a hot/cold reservoir according to inputs from a manipulation panel(36). A water supply tub(32) temporarily stores water supplied from a water tank(100) and a cold water tub(46) cools the water by a thermoelectric element(48). A cooling tub(56) is mounted in a refrigerator(10) for supplying cold water via a cold water supply pipe(62) after cooling the water by the temperature of the refrigerator. A valve(64) is mounted to a cold water outlet pipe(66) connected to the cold water tub for alternatively discharging cold water from the cold water tub or the cooling tub. A hot water tub(68) supplies hot water supplied from the water tank by a heater(70).
