<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food cutting device having good maintainability for surely removing deposits from cutting blades without damaging the cutting blades and a wiper body. <P>SOLUTION: A cleaning wiper 40 is provided for wiping deposits out of the rotating cutting blades 50. Herein, shift preventing means are provided on a fixed plate on which slits are formed for the cutting blades 30 to pass through the wiper body, in such an independent form as to be individually detachable from the cutting blades for preventing the shift of the wiper body being caught up in the cutting blades 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
