<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizer capable of thoroughly efficiently applying the most suitable amount of a germicidal agent to an object to be sterilized and conveyed with a carrying passage such as a conveyor, to provide a food producing system composed by using the sterilizer, and to provide a food producing method. <P>SOLUTION: This sterilizer for sterilizing food and other objects to be sterilized has a jetting part which jets a germicidal agent to an object to be sterilized, and a germicidal agent supplying part which supplies a germicidal agent to the jetting part. The jetting part (1) is formed on a position where a germicidal agent is directly brought into contact with an upper surface and a lower surface of an object to be sterilized, existing on a carrying passage which conveys an object to be sterilized. Alternatively, the jetting part (2) is set on the vertical direction of the carrying passage so as to pass a germicidal agent to be jetted from the lower jetting part existing below the carrying passage through the carrying passage and to directly bring into contact with an object to be sterilized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
