PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a medical system which is capable of freely setting functions in a plurality of operation switches in operation means for controlling a plurality of operations in a plurality of medical instruments.

SOLUTION: This device is provided with a plurality of switches provided in a foot switch for controlling the plurality of operations in the plurality of medical instruments, and a keyboard for allocating the operations in the plurality of switches; and changeably controls the allocation of the operations in the switches according to the input from the keyboard.
