PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser surgical apparatus for medical use to be driven with a secondary battery, capable of preventing a battery life from being shortened by a memory effect.

SOLUTION: The laser surgical apparatus for medical use includes: a remaining battery power detecting part 2 for detecting the remaining battery power of the secondary battery 1; a charging control part 3 for automatically starting a charging operation after completely discharging the battery capacity of the secondary battery 1; a laser oscillator 5 for performing laser oscillation by power to be supplied from the secondary battery 1; a laser control part 4 for controlling the output of a laser beam to be outputted from the laser oscillator 5; and a laser beam guiding part 6 for guiding the laser beam to be outputted under the control of the laser control part 4 to an affected part of a patient.
