<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cannula with very high air-tightness in such a state as penetrating the bone cortex of bone tissue, suitable as a bone marrow biopsy needle for the hard bone tissue such as jaw bones, and easily operated with weak force to pierce the bone cortex of bone tissue. <P>SOLUTION: A support cylinder 1 having an insertion port 1a for inserting a stylet S at the rear end is fixed to the distal end of the cannula, and a male screw part 2 is formed in the outer surface of the distal end of the cannula.
