<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for detecting a ligand, which makes the best use of advantages of a monomolecular emission probe and supplies two-dimensional information (wavelength and intensity of emission signal) according to a plurality of signals to a target protein. <P>SOLUTION: The emission probe set makes a monomolecular emission probe composed of a divided fragment of a lighting enzyme connected to both terminals of a fusion protein comprising a ligand recognition protein and a molecule recognition domain to be bonded when the protein is changed in structure emit a multicolor light by utilizing a lighting enzyme with a plurality of wavelengths. The activity degree of a target ligand in a complexity system in a viable cell is fractionated and detected by a two-dimensional (wavelength vs. intensity) multicolor by using a viable cell to which a gene of a multicolor emission probe set or a monomolecular multicolor probe is transferred and the multiple effects (anticancer and carcinogenic actions, agonist and antagonist etc.) of a ligand represented by a medicine are determined and evaluated as two-dimensional information different in color simultaneously in a short time, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
