<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lively life check research system to be used effectively for health guidance which materializes a healthy concept of "long life with slight illness" and "sickly safe" by: carrying out lively life check with a lively life check research table on eight item categories in total, including four items of "meal", "exercise", "rest", and "stress" as a "illness prevention axis", and four items of "dream, target, purpose of life" "job, role, activity" "group, human relations" and "oneself-likeness" as a "liveliness increase axis"; evaluating quantitatively degrees of total personal fitness and liveliness in comparison with assessment criteria classified into five categories by gender and age bracket; and outputting an "individual result table" in which assessment results visualized in radar charts and advices are described. <P>SOLUTION: The lively life check question table includes a plurality of questions.
