PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine eliminating the use of a liquid such as water, and eliminating accessories such as water supply/drainage devices or pipes, and having an improved and efficient vibration suppression performance. SOLUTION: The washing machine includes a support means 40 where one damper 32 is fitted to an outer tub support part 42 arranged in an outer tub 33 and the other damper 32 is fitted to an outer frame support part 41 arranged in the bottom of a washing machine outer frame 30. The support means 40 includes: resilient bodies 43 arranged on both sides of at least one of the outer tub support part 42 and the outer frame support part 41; and a damper pressure part 45 projecting outward from the resilient bodies 43. The rocking motion of the outer tub 33 is restricted, thereby, surely reducing the large rocking motion of the outer tub 33 caused by the eccentric load of laundry in starting dehydration without any increase in weight of the outer tub 33.
