PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the trouble for a user to confirm the delivery situation of the prize the user wants for exchange. SOLUTION: When a prize management device 70 receives a reservation fixing request which can specify a plurality of prizes selected by the user from a reservation fixing terminal (S605), the prize management device 70 classifies the plurality of prizes according to senders, destinations and the dates and times for delivery (S613), assigns reservation fixing IDs to the respective classified prizes (S615). Then, the prize management device 70 registers delivery information for delivering the prizes corresponding to the respective reservation fixing IDs assigned to the prizes to the user (S616), and transmits a notice of completion of the delivery registration including the reservation fixing IDs and information which can specify the prizes corresponding to the respective reservation fixing IDs to the reservation fixing terminal (S619). The reservation fixing terminal issues a delivery sheet in which the prize information on the prizes corresponding to the respective reservation fixing IDs are visibly recorded.
