PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic multilayer component excellent in withstand voltage characteristic. SOLUTION: The ceramic multilayer component 100 comprises: an insulator part 110 including a galss and an inorganic filler; and a plurality of electrode layers 120 arranged in the insulator part 110. The insulator part 110 has an adjacent-interelectrode-insulator part 130 sandwiched between the electrode layers 120 and having the thickness sandwiched by the electrod layers 120 of not more than 45μm; and a nonadjacent-interelectrode-insulator part sandwiched between the electrodes layer and having the thickness sandwiched by the electrode layers of more than 45μm or not sandwiched by the electrode layers. Pores 150 included in the adjacent-interelectrode-insulator part 130 have a major diameter R of not more than 7.5μm and the ratio (R/r) of the major diameter R divided by the minor diameter r is not more than 1.4, and pores included in the nonadjacent-interelectrode-insulator part have the ratio (R/r) of the major diameter R divided by the minor diameter r is not less than 1.0 and less than 3.0.
