PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to have both ends of a flat cable equipped with a grounding function insertion-coupled at the same time with a connector mounted in a substrate, suitably absorb displacement of the connectors, surely maintain connection of the connectors, easily match impedance of a transmission line with high noise resistance, and enhance reliability with low manufacturing cost, in a simple structure, by connecting a jacket member holding each end of a flexible flat cable to each end of a jacket coupling member capable of deforming. SOLUTION: A pair of jacket-mounting parts to which a jacket member for holding each end of a flexible flat cable to connect to a counterpart connector is coupled, and a coupling part coupling the jacket-mounting parts are provided, of which, the coupling part is elastically deformed.
