PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for peeling a foamed self-adhesive sheet which comprises making a foamed self-adhesive sheet excellent in the adhesion property to be easily peelable from its adherend. SOLUTION: In the method, the adherends 20, 30 and a laminate with the foamed adhesive sheet 10 having at least one side adhered to the bodies 20, 30 to be adhered are placed under a reduced pressure of 7.5×10<SP>4</SP>Pa or lower. Thereby, a volume of bubbles 40, 45 in the foamed adhesive sheet 10 is expanded to reduce the adhesion surface, and thus, adherends are easily peeled off. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
