PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glow plug deterioration determination device accurately determining deterioration of a glow plug. SOLUTION: Electricity is carried to the glow plug (S200) right after operation stop of an internal combustion engine (S100:YES), and a detection value corresponding to resistance of the glow plug is detected (S220) after set electricity carry time elapses (S210:YES). Deterioration of the glow plug is determined based on the detected detection value (S230). When deterioration of the glow plug is determined, the determination is stored and deterioration of the glow plug is informed before next start (S250). Deterioration of the glow plug is temporarily determined based on the detected detection value during operation of the internal combustion engine. After the temporary determination of deterioration, deterioration of the glow plug is determined right after operation stop of the internal combustion engine. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
