PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration of emission performance by suppressing a temperature rise of cooled EGR gas caused by a leak of high temperature EGR gas (hot EGR gas) to a second EGR gas passage side from a first EGR gas passage 11 in a cooled mode while suppressing the deterioration of mounting performance on a vehicle such as an automobile and a cost increase. SOLUTION: Since a plurality of cooling fins 9 are formed at a heat sink exposed at the passage wall surface of the housing outer wall 6 of a housing 3 of a valve unit (exhaust gas change-over valve) 2 so as to project toward the inside of the second EGR gas passage 13 from the passage wall surface of the housing outer wall 6, EGR gas flowing into the second EGR gas passage 12 can be efficiently cooled. The deterioration of cooling efficiency caused by the leak of hot EGR gas at the valve unit 2 can be compensated and the cooling performance of a EGR cooler module with a change-over function between a cool mode and a hot mode can be improved.
