AN INTEGRATING VIDEO SERVICE PEER TO PEER NETWORKS SYSTEM

An integrated video service peer to peer network system, includes: a media source system, for separating video service data into one or more segments, separating each segment into multiple blocks, and forming media description files based on subsection information and media format information, wherein, each block in the multiple blocks is of self- description type, and includes a block head and a block body, the block body includes media data. Media distributing management system, for saving media distributing information, wherein, media distributing information represents the information on the storage status of video service data segments peer to peer source nodes after being separated and server capability status of peer to peer source nodes; and multiple peer to peer source nodes, for saving video service data, and for transmitting video service data to a service requesting nodes. With the invention, it is possible to extend sharing range effectively, enhance the usage of client resource, while the server system and the client system are significantly simplified, the cost of operation and maintenance are reduced.
