An operator seat pedestal (17) is installed on a floor plate (13) of a floor member (12) for forming a cab (11). An air conditioner unit (25) is received inside the operator seat pedestal (17). An underfloor duct (27) for forming an outside-air introduction passage (30) for introducing air outside the cab (11) toward the outside-air inlet (25H) of the air conditioner unit (25) is installed on a lower surface (13C) of the floor plate (13). Therefore, the underfloor duct (27) can be integrally installed on the floor member (12) without projecting downward, and cool outside air can be supplied to the inside of the cab (11) through the underfloor duct (27). Further, even in small hydraulic excavators, the underfloor duct (27) can be integrally installed on the floor member (12), so that the space inside the cab (11) can be widely used.
