An electrode for a fuel cell includes a catalyst part and an ionomer part, and a catalyst layer(13) laminated with the catalyst part and the ionomer part by turns. The catalyst part forms a catalyst line or a catalyst spot line(11) by spraying an electrolyte film(201) or a gas diffusion layer(208) with an ink-jet method, so as to contact a plurality of first catalyst particles with ionomer binder resin and ink drop for catalyst formation dispersed in solvent. The plurality of catalyst lines or catalyst spot lines contact each other. The ionomer part forms an ionomer line or an ionomer spot line by spraying with an ink-jet method, so as to consecutively contact a plurality of first catalyst particles with ionomer binder resin and ink drop for catalyst formation dispersed in solvent.
