A vacuum suction device having a sealing reinforcement means for an adsorbing plate is provided to tightly seal up the adsorbing plate such that the air does not flow into a close adhesion face of the adsorbing plate to attach the adsorbing plate to a predetermined face with a strong vacuum force. A vacuum suction device includes an adsorbing plate(10) and a fixing cap(20). The adsorbing plate is made of rubber or a soft material and has elasticity. The fixing cap presses the edge of the adsorbing plate. The center of the adsorbing plate is vertically moved using an actuating means such that the adsorbing plate is attached/detached to/from a predetermined face with a vacuum force.
