PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolytic liquid secondary battery using a nitroxy radical compound as an electrode active material in which the nitroxy radical compound can function efficiently as the electrode active material, without having to make the thickness of the electrode small or the concentration of the electrolyte in the nonaqueous electrolytic liquid high.

SOLUTION: The nonaqueous electrolytic liquid secondary battery with an electrode active material a nitroxy radical group-contained high molecular weight polymer which has lithium base of organic acid inside the molecule.
