PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation system that instruct a user about a search path without preparing data such as a 3D polygon for three-dimensional display. SOLUTION: This method includes: a step in which a server 30 receives mobile terminal position information and destination information from a mobile terminal 20; a step in which the server 30 uses map information to generate search path information indicating a search path from the position information to the destination information; a step in which the server 30 sends the search path information to the mobile terminal 20; a step in which the mobile terminal 20 calculates a range of shooting by a lens and an image sensor from posture information calculated from a motion sensor, focal-point information of the lens, and size information of the image sensor; and a step in which when the search path information falls within the range of shooting, a display section of the mobile terminal 20 displays the search path information superimposed on an image taken by the lens.
