PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an ink feeding tube such as an ink tube from hanging down in an image recording apparatus having a carriage moving back and forth in the direction intersecting to the conveying direction of a medium to be recorded. SOLUTION: The ink tube 41 has flexibility which allows to follow reciprocating movement of the carriage 38 on which a recording head 39 is carried and to change the posture. One end side thereof is connected with a tube joint 140 of the carriage 38, and the other end side is fixed on an apparatus main body. A pedestal 141 is provided on the carriage 38. The ink tube 41 pulled out from the tube joint 140 is carried on an inclined face 144 on the upper face of the pedestal 141. The inclined face 144 is inclined upward toward the pulling-out direction of the ink tube 41 to guide upward the ink tube 41. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
