PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized cascade-connected high frequency amplifier having improved stability and output reflection characteristic. SOLUTION: The high frequency amplifier provided with a grounded source transistor to which a high frequency signal is impressed and a grounded gate transistor for providing a high frequency signal amplified with the grounded source transistor. This high frequency amplifier is additionally provided with a feedback circuit provided to the grounded gate transistor and a matching circuit provided between the grounded source transistor and the grounded gate transistor.
