PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means of forming a resistor having positive resistance-temperature characteristics in which consistent resistance-temperature characteristics can be obtained even if a resistance value is adjusted in a wide range, since if the resistance value is adjusted by changing a composition ratio of conductive fine powder so as to respond to a shape and a voltage in the use of a heating element or the like, a change rate against temperature of the resistance value changes in an interlocked manner, and the consistent resistance-temperature characteristics cannot be secured in the wide range. SOLUTION: The resistor having the positive resistance-temperature characteristics is formed from a conductive tissue having positive-resistance temperature characteristics which have crystalline polymers and the conductive fine powder as main components and which have a prescribed positive resistance-temperature coefficient, and from a conductivity-adjusted polymer composed by restricting dispersibility and crystallinity for the purpose that a change rate against the temperature of the resistance value becomes nearly constant, although the resistance value is increased as it is mixed in the conductive tissue.
