PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable conductor having a low electric resistance without unduly jeopardizing a spring property, and a switching device equipped with the same. SOLUTION: The movable conductor, of a cantilever structure with a movable contact opposed to a fixed contact fixed to a first fixed conductor fixed to one end part and the other end fixed to a second fixed conductor, is provided with a first movable conductor with high rigidity with one end part fixed to the second fixed conductor, and a second movable conductor with high conductivity jointed to a point except the one end part of the first movable conductor where the second fixed conductor is fixed.
