PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat-panel television having a DVDLODER, which can manually take out a disk from the DVDLODER even when power is turned OFF or a trouble occurs in an electric ejection function, can simplify its structure, and can take out the disk with one member. SOLUTION: The DVDLODER 1 is disposed in the backside of the flat-screen television. The DVDLOREVER is provided with an SL motor 4 for inserting/ejecting a disk D, and a gear group 5 including first, second and third gears 0, 10 and 11 rotated by the SL motor. The gear group is released by driving of the SM motor to rotate a transfer roller 6, thereby inserting/ejecting a disk. An ejection button 16 having its tip gear tooth 6a engaged with the third gear of the gear group is inserted from the outside of the DVDLODER, the ejection button is pressed to rotate the feed roller in a disk ejection direction by the third gear, and the disk is ejected from the DVDLODER by the ejection button 16.
