PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for supporting driving of a driver by deciding a state of a driver in detail or by using the result thereof. SOLUTION: This driver state determination device 10 has: an operation delay detection means 22 detecting driver's response delay of vehicle operation; an operation speed detection part 23 detecting speed of the vehicle operation of the driver; and a determination means 24 determining an abnormal state of the driver based on a combination of the result of the operation delay detection part 22 and the result of the operation speed detection part 23.
