PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide GLP-2 peptide fusion products having an extended in vivo half-life. SOLUTION: Glucagon-like peptide 2 (GLP-2) derivatives, particularly GLP-2 peptide fusion products having the extended in vivo half-life for treating or preventing gastrointestinal disorders or diseases (e.g., inflammatory bowel disease and other gastrointestinal functions of any segment of the gastrointestinal tract from the esophagus to the anus) are provided. Gastrointestinal tissue growth promoting factor derivatives are also provided, wherein the gastrointestinal tissue growth promoting factor contains GLP-2 peptide having gastrointestinal tissue growth promoting activity, analog or fragment thereof, and reactive factor bonded to the peptide, and the derivatives may form covalent bonds in vivo with functional groups on blood components.
