PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent drinking water from contacting air and to prevent temperature of the drinking water in a water storage tank from increasing. SOLUTION: A resin-made container 1 is attachable/detachable to/from a water conduit 11 upwardly extending from the water storage tank 10. The resin-made container 1 is contracted and deformed when the drinking water w inside is reduced so that air does not enter. An air valve 28 is provided at the upper end of the interior of the water storage tank 10. When the air a in the water storage tank 10 is discharged via the air valve 28, the interior of the water storage tank 10 can be maintained in a full-water state. Since the interior of the water storage tank 10 can be maintained in the full-water state by discharging the air a, the drinking water w in the water storage tank 10 can be prevent from being in contact with air. A water supply pipe 32 communicating with a hot water tank 30 provided below the water storage tank 10 is connected to the upper part of the water storage tank 10. Therefore, the length of the water supply pipe 32 can be lengthened. As a result, flowback from the hot water tank 30 can be prevented, so that the temperature increase in the drinking water w in the water storage tank 10 can be suppressed.
