PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parcel shelf structure of a vehicle rear section capable of preventing a parcel shelf from being vibrated by vibration generated by a speaker, and capable of suppressing cost and weight. SOLUTION: The parcel shelf structure 15 of the vehicle rear section is provided with a parcel shelf 24 between first and second rear cross members 21, 22 for partitioning a compartment 32 from a trunk room 31, and the parcel shelf 24 is provided with a right speaker 26 and a left speaker 27. The parcel shelf 24 is provided with a speaker mounting part 36 having a step H formed on a surface 35 at the central part of the parcel shelf 24 and a peripheral wall 37 connecting the outer peripheral edge 36 of the speaker mounting part 36 to the surface 35, and the right speaker 26 and the left speaker 27 are fixed to the speaker mounting part 36.
