PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular cover structure capable of improving the assembling operability of a cover member. SOLUTION: The vehicular cover structure 20 includes a first cover 16 configuring a part of a vehicular cover member 14 and formed with an opening 22, a second cover 18 configuring the other part of the cover member 14 and provided with a hook 30 insertable into the opening 22, an opening/closing portion 24 formed at the opening 22 so as to be opened and closed where the portion 24 is opened when inserting the hook 30 into the opening 22 and closed when completing the insertion of the hook 30 into the opening 22.
