PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam cooker capable of performing good cooking in a low oxygen state and improving convenience. SOLUTION: This steam cooker 1 for cooking an object F to be heated by supplying the steam into a heating chamber 20, comprises a draining means 110 for draining the water accumulated on a bottom surface 20a of the heating chamber 20 through a drain hole 111a, and the draining means 110 is composed of a tube pump 120 having a flexible tube 112 annularly disposed, and a roller 125 for successively pressing the tube 112 while rotating along the longitudinal direction of the tube 112, conveys the fluid in one direction and prevents the circulation of the fluid in the opposite direction.
