PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body fluid absorbent article surely providing a user with a feeling of dry touch. SOLUTION: A body fluid absorber 3 is interposed between a liquid-permeable sheet 1 and a leakage-prevention sheet 2, and a porous skin surface sheet M consisting of liquid-impermeable material is superposed on the surface of the liquid-permeable sheet 1. The skin surface sheet M is provided with a plurality of first embosses 11, each base 11C of the first emboss 11 has a plurality of second embosses 13 so that, even if the first embosses 11 are crushed by body pressure, the respective bases 13C of the second embosses 13 are prevented from touching a wearer.
