SYSTEM FOR TREATING AND RECYCLING SLAG USING WASTE ACID

A system of processing and recycling slag and waste acid is provided to produce energy by using the slag and the waste acid which is industrial waste and to make the slag and the waste acid which is the corresponding industrial waste harmless. A system of processing and recycling slag and waste acid contains a slag water pillow tub(100) reacting the slag with water and producing and supplying calcium hydroxide; a water acid reservoir(110) storing and supplying the waste acid; a reaction bath(120) intensifying the water internally accommodated and generating steam vapor according to an exothermic reaction between the slag water pillow tub and the calcium hydroxide; a steam motor(140) operated by using the steam vapor supplied from the reaction bath and producing energy; a sludge reservoir(130) receiving and storing the sludge generated in the reaction bath according to reaction; heating source receiving the calcium hydroxide from the slag water pillow tub, dissolving it by high heat and producing quicklime and a quicklime reservoir supplying the stored quicklime to the reaction bath.
