METHOD FOR FORMING A BLOOD FLOW IN SURGICALLY RECONSTITUTED SEGMENTS OF THE BLOOD CIRCULATORY SYSTEM AND DEVICES FOR CARRYING OUR SAID METHOD

The invention relates to medicine. The inventive method for forming a blood flow in surgically reconstituted segments of the blood circulatory system consists in measuring the field of velocities of the blood flow in the cardiac chambers and the great vessels, determining parameters for forming a swirl blood flow, simulating the individual swirl blood flow in the blood circulatory system to be diagnosed and in shaping the streamlined surfaces and guiding elements of the flowing channels of the reconstructed system in such a way that the shape thereof matches streamlines of the reconstituted normal swirl blood flow according to given relationships. The reconstituting system comprises a vascular prosthesis, a cardiac valve prosthesis, a blood pump and a swirling device which are the system elements and the shape of the flowing channels of which is formed according to the given relationships.
