<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cross talk noise resulting from line capacity formed between parallel wires, in an organic EL display device. <P>SOLUTION: A video signal line 106HS is formed in a second wire layer L2, and a gate wire 312 of a driving transistor 121 is formed in a first wire layer L1, thereby arranging each wire in each layer. The capacity value of the line capacity 314 formed between the video signal line 106HS and the gate wire 312 is made smaller than the conventional art. A phenomenon where a video signal Vsig on a video signal line 106HS jumps into the gate wire 312 via a line capacity 314 is relieved, and longitudinal cross talk noise on the display screen based on image signal jump noise caused by the line capacity 314 is reduced and prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
