<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector for a circuit board capable of arbitrarily selecting the number and the locations of ground terminals. <P>SOLUTION: In the electric connector for a circuit board, a guide groove 15 capable of inserting a flat conductor P is formed at the back of a housing 10; a plurality of signal terminals 20 are arranged on the housing, 10 in the width direction of the flat conductor as an arrangement direction; the signal terminal 20 installed at a front end side of the housing 10 has a contact arm 22 extending backward; a contact section 22A formed at a rear end side of the contact arm 22 is located in the guide groove 15 so as to keep in contact with the flat conductor P; a contact section 32A of a ground terminal 30 is located so as to keep in contact with a ground plate P3 section of the flat conductor P, the flat conductor P is pushed to the contact section 22A of the signal terminal 20 and the contact section 32A of the ground terminal 30 by a moving operation of a pressure member 50, the plurality of ground terminals 30 are installed on the housing 10 at a rear end side of the housing 10; and the contact section 32A of the ground terminal 30 is located at a rear side, rather than on the contact section 22A of the signal terminal 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
