PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible polyurethane foam which is good in all of low hardness, low strain and air permeability. SOLUTION: The polyurethane foam is such as to be produced from a polyurethane feedstock comprising polyols, polyisocyanate(s), a foaming agent and a catalyst; wherein, the polyols consist of a combination of (A) a polyol 2-4 in the number of functional groups consisting of an ester condensate of a fatty acid and a polyfunctional glycol and (B) a second polyol consisting of a polyether polyol having a polyoxyalkylene chain containing 45-85% of ethylene oxide, and at least toluene diisocyanate is used as the polyisocyanate.
