PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color video intercom slave set and color video intercom set capable of obtaining a sharp color video even at night by employing a compact light source that is placed in a slave set body and emits a white light to light up an object, to prevent the size of the color video intercom slave set from being larger. SOLUTION: The video intercom set is made up of a color video intercom slave set 1, a color video intercom master set 2, and a pair of parallel cables 3 electrically connecting the color video intercom slave set 1 and the master set 2, wherein the slave set 1 has a slave set body 1a; a white LED 1f which lights up a subject; a light diffusion means 1g placed in front of the emission direction of the white LED 1f; a solid-state imaging device 1b which starts from automatic exposure in rising, images a visitor lighted up by a visual light emitted from the white LED 1f, and perform photoelectric conversion to output a color video signal; a video signal processing means which includes an automatic exposure control circuit and outputs a video signal.
