PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein, in a conventional structure, description of a waveform used as a reference of amplitude of a sine waveform is not present, distortion as a waveform can be calculated as a numeric value by taking ratios of a level of a basic wave to those of high-frequency components other than that by a waveform analysis of Fourier transform, but a means of expressly exhibiting amplitude variation as compared with the case of a still image is not shown, and the conventional structure is insufficient to know the change of resolution in a moving image instead of distortion of the waveform. SOLUTION: A burst pattern and a step pattern are scrolled to be tracked and imaged, and imaged image data are captured at a length of a periodic pattern part of the burst pattern and subjected to a frequency analysis, whereby moving image resolution is accurately evaluated.
