PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive material having superior electrical conductivity and transparency by complexifying metal nanoparticles and conductive polymers, and in addition, to provide a transparent conductive element of light weight and rich in flexibility by liquid phase deposition method which is superior in cost performance and environmental suitability.
