PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage the operation history of a door with a simple configuration by utilizing existing equipment configuration. SOLUTION: A holder part 21 including an IC chip which stores individual ID information to be individually identified is attached to a locking/unlocking key 20 owned by a maintenance agent to lock/unlock a handle lock part 4 by locking/unlocking operation. An ID acquisition part 10 is arranged in the vicinity of the handle lock part 4 to acquire the individual ID information of a holder part 21 in the locking/unlocking operation of the locking/unlocking key 20. A door sensor 11 detects the open/close of an outer door and outputs open/close information based on the detection as open/close history information. A log information processing part 12 sequentially stores locking/unlocking history information based on the individual ID information acquired by the ID acquisition part 10 when the handle lock part 4 is locked/unlocked and the open/close history information based on the open/close information from the door sensor part 11 in a storage part 12a as operation history information.
