PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new folded-plate installing metallic material without causing curved deformation in a new folded-plate, since the new folded-plate can be connected so as to absorb the thermal extension-contraction in the longitudinal direction, when used in a double type roof renovating construction method. SOLUTION: This new folded-plate installing metallic material is composed of a support base fixed on an old folded-plate in a top part of a tight frame and a movable fixing piece installed on the support base, and is formed by arranging a fixing part for fastening both edges of both right-left new folded-plates in an upper end part of the movable fixing piece. A guide groove longitudinally movably supported by inserting the movable fixing piece in a lower end part, is arranged in an upper end part of the support base. An engaging pin inserted into the movable fixing piece is laterally insertably arranged in the guide groove. A slide engaging blade slidably received by an upper surface of the support base is projected on a side surface of the movable fixing piece.
